By using Grouppin you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the Service
- You must be 13 years or older to use Grouppin.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree not to use Grouppin for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.
- You agree not to share another person's location without their knowledge and consent, and not to use Grouppin to monitor anyone who has not agreed to share with you.
Location Data
When you enable location sharing, you consent to Grouppin collecting your location continuously, including in the background, and to sharing it with the people you have chosen. Sharing is mutual and you can stop it at any time. Grouppin also keeps a history of your own trips and stays; see the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.
Accuracy and Reliability
Location data comes from your device's GPS and can be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable — indoors, in tunnels, in poor signal, or when battery-saving settings reduce how often your position is updated. Grouppin is not a safety or emergency service. Do not rely on it where an error or delay could cause harm.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.
Disclaimer
Grouppin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
